"I am crazy passionate about all things wine and food!  I created A Sense of Wine to make learning about wine straightforward and fun. This unique platform allows me to thrive in all areas of the wine business - training, curriculum development and customization of fun, interactive wine programs for industry and corporate clients.

I am a professional wine judge and hold certifications with:

• Court of Master Sommeliers

• University of California at Davis Wine Studies

• Culinary Institute of America at Greystone

• Society of Wine Educators

 

Most importantly, I have worked in education and marketing in the wine industry for more than 19 years. I’ve studied in the major wine regions of the world, including France, Italy, Australia, and New Zealand.  A resident of Sonoma’s Dry Creek Valley, with a hobby vineyard, I harvested my first Zinfandel vintage in 2008."
